The begining of success is trust!

An opportunity sustains an enterprise for a year, good management sustains enterprise for decade

When you loose trust in your group, no matter how you try achieving the desired target it might be difficult for you.

Recently I decided to share a cup of tea with one of my committee members Mr. Charles who is General Secretary at Century Entrepreneurs Club, he came across a very important notice about trust, that when in organisation members trust you no matter what you tell them whether true or not they will still unconditionally believe you.

Always trust others first to gain their trust in return, don't mind about how long it will take; but in the right time they will trust you back and from then everything you need will be on silver plate.
